This detached barn was formerly an old dairy and is under new ownership. It has been converted into a self catering holiday let which stands within the  shared courtyard of the owners' home. It is available to book all year round.

Well behaved dogs (2 maximum)  are welcome.

It is situated close to Hickling Broad, a haven for bird watchers, fishing, windsurfing and sailing.

Places of Interest/activities

Horse riding

Close by you have Marquis Equine.  This is a local riding stable which is less than a mile away, appealing to both adults and children alike. Click here

Sea Palling Beach

This is one of Norfolk's most popular beaches and one of the few beaches to be awarded the blue flag status Click here

 

Horsey Beach

Horsey Beach is approximately 3.5 miles away.  This beach is famous for its population of the grey atlantic seal, an extremely popular destination for adults and children alike.  It is a dog friendly beach all year round. Please note that during the birthing season which commences beginning of November up until the end of January, the beach is cordoned off to everyone in order to protect the baby seals Click here.

Museum of the Broads

This Museum is located 2.5 miles away near the town of Stalham.  Here you will discover all there is to know about the Broads, its people and wildlife.  Click here

Wroxham Barns

Wroxham Barns is one of the Norfolks winning tourist attraction, appealing to adults and children.  There is so much to see and do here.  Children love to visit Junior Farm here where they have so many activities e.g. grooming, cuddling and bottle feeding the animals.  There are some beautiful shops where they sell hand crafts.  Click here

Wroxham town is (approximately 10 miles away) has a selection of shops, waterside cafes, restaurants and pubs.  Local daily boat hire is available giving you the opportunity to explore the waterways and visit the villages of Stalham and Potter Heigham.
